Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management multi-channel marketing funnel, which includes supporting sales staff. Pitch media for placements on case studies and technology innovations.
- Create engaging social media content that aligns with the Heard brand, including a focus on LinkedIn Maintain website and develop a customer relations communications program through email Identify and support trade show outreach in coordination with the sales team.
- Identify customers success stories and leverage them in press and pitch deck to grow our business by telling our story.
- Maintain and update the business image and video library
- Monitor email box and respond to all requests
Required Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing – specifically with business to business and business development experience
- Basic or advanced graphic design, photography and editing skills experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is preferred
- Self-starter who is enthusiastic to learn and be collaborative with a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow through to execution
- Independent thinking and extremely self-motivated Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
