Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management multi-channel marketing funnel, which includes supporting sales staff.
Pitch media for placements on case studies and technology innovations.

Create engaging social media content that aligns with the Heard brand, including a focus on LinkedIn
Maintain website and develop a customer relations communications program through email
Identify and support trade show outreach in coordination with the sales team.

Identify customers success stories and leverage them in press and pitch deck to grow our business by telling our story.

Maintain and update the business image and video library

Monitor email box and respond to all requests
Required Experience and Skills:

7+ years of experience in Marketing – specifically with business to business and business development experience

Basic or advanced graphic design, photography and editing skills experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is preferred

Self-starter who is enthusiastic to learn and be collaborative with a team

Strong communication skills and ability to follow through to execution
